During Regular Clinic Hours

Between scheduled appointments sometimes your braces may need attention or repair. Please contact your orthodontist as early in the day as possible to discuss your concern. We maintain certain times in our schedules to "work in" anyone having a problem with their appliances.

After Hours Emergency Care

Most orthodontic problems are not serious and can usually wait until the next day when our offices open. If you feel, however, that your orthodontic problem requires immediate attention, please follow these steps:

1. Always try to contact YOUR orthodontist first. Contact numbers are provided below. Remember that cell phone voicemail messages may not always be retrieved immediately.
2. If after a reasonable period of time you have not reached your doctor, please contact the associated doctor that is at the same clinic (East, South or West) that you visit.
3. Again, if unsuccessful after a reasonable time, contact our third DHA orthodontist.
4. We also share after hours call with Dr. Jeff Phillips. Please contact Dr. Phillips if you have been unable to reach your regular doctor or any of the DHA orthodontists.
